STAINLESS STEEL 2 LEVERS CORKSCREW
ENAMELLED STAINLESS STEEL 2 LEVERS CORKSCREW
There are many different corkscrew; they are available in different shape and colours but the best is the one with the double lever: a system that allows the extraction of the cork without strength and experience. There are corkscrew available for any pocket (budget); what you need is to find out the more comfortable and easy to use one.
To open a bottle of wine is quite a simple action but you must be careful to avoid some frequent mistakes in order not to damage the cork or the wine.
Find out a good corkscrew; a sommelier one with a double lever will be the right one.
Remove the top of the cork cup using the toothed small blade. Clean carefully the bottle collar with a cloth.
Screw the metal spiral in the centre of the cork without forcing it. It’s very important not to make a hole on the reverse side of cork to avoid the cork fragments dropping in the wine.
If you are using a double lever corkscrew, set the first lever tooth on the bottle collar border and pull it up; set than the second one and pull it up till the exit of the cork from the bottle collar.
