This knife is designed to cut in an appropriate way the soft cheese to be served or used in your recipes.
It has a very sharp thin blade to avoid the cheese sticks on the blade. The cutting of the soft cheese (taleggio, gorgonzola, crescenza, italic, caciotta, brie, and so on) requires a very sharp, rigid, light blade 14 to 20 cm. in length in order to obtain a clean and precise cut.
