This is the specific ham slicer knife.
It’s made with a very flexible sharp long blade that enables to obtain a thin and precise cut on the selected cutting area of the ham.
We suggest to have at hand a boning knife to cut the pig skin and a sharpener to keep an optimal sharpening edge.
