Shipping methods:

  • All goods are delivered via Express Courier.
  • The courier used will be indicated in the shipment.
  • Shipping costs and the cash-on-delivery fee for shipments are borne by the customer.
  • The amount may vary based on the size of the package.
In the event that you have chosen a carrier other than those offered at the time of purchase, the risk of damage to or loss of the Products transfers to you at the moment of delivery to the carrier, precluding any complaint regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. In this case, any complaint must be raised directly by you against the carrier (Art. 63(2) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014).

Jurisdiction
For civil disputes, if the buyer is a private individual acting for purposes outside their business or professional activity, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located within the territory of the State.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which "you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods". To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact details at the bottom of the page) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Withdrawal can be carried out simply by using the dedicated button at the bottom of the home page, or from the order list in your personal area.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You are requested to send back the goods or hand them over to us. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return timescales
You are requested to send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Warranty
To benefit from our warranty, you must report any lack of conformity by means of a communication addressed to the seller, specifying the defects and flaws found.
Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within one year from the time the goods were delivered is presumed to have existed at that date, unless such a presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.

Diminution in value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Passing of risk
Pursuant to Art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging/wrapping of the Products must be immediately contested by the Customer by making a written inspection reservation on the proof of delivery. It is understood that, once the delivery document has been signed without any objection, the Customer may no longer raise any complaint regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
