The tasting knives are one of the bestsellers among the Mercury’s range.
The main characteristic of this folding knife is the long narrow and very sharp blade that makes it suitable to cut different food like cheese, wurstel, sausages, cold cuts and different vegetables and fruit, melon/watermelon
.
The blade is available in two versions:
- smooth edge blade
- smooth edge with serrated tip blade ("D") upon request
The knife can be provided with the fork (also available with integrated cap-opener on demand “A”) that makes the tasting hygienic.
Also available with a stainless steel clip (“L”) to assure it into your breast-pocket.
